Public Safety Assessment Solution was created by three law enforcement professionals to expedite the hiring process for public safety agencies.
Agencies across the country are currently experiencing staffing shortages. Outdated pre-employment assessment processes add to the problem. Candidates that are interested, often lose interest because of lengthy hiring processes.

Being first responders ourselves, our agency was facing a staffing shortage with an outdated assessment process. Like most agencies, we would have several applications submitted over the course of 2-3 months and only a few people would show up to the entrance exam.
After calling and speaking to several qualified candidates that did not show up on the testing date, we discovered many of the applicants were finding employment elsewhere during the 2-3 month waiting time for the test date.
